And the best part? You can switch suits on the fly. One minute you're doing acrobatic, classic Spidey moves, the next you've unleashed the black suit and you're slamming enemies into the pavement. It’s so ridiculously cool.

They somehow squeezed this big, moody story onto the PSP, and it still holds up. The city feels alive, and not in a fake way—symbiotes will literally grab civilians right in front of you, and you have to dive in to save them. It’s chaotic and awesome. On PPSSPP, with the resolution bumped up, it looks and runs like a dream. You haven't lived until you've pulled off a 50-hit combo in mid-air on your phone during your commute.

For my money, this is still the best Spider-Man game ever made. It’s not just a great superhero game; it’s a flat-out incredible action game with a heart. It gets Peter Parker, it gets the struggle, and it makes you feel every bit of it.
